Terms of Use

These Terms of Use are a draft for Dispungo's v1 subscription billing flow and require legal review before production use.

Business use

Dispungo is provided for business and professional use. Each company subscription gives the selected company access to write features while the subscription is active, trialing, or in a paid grace period.

Trial and payment

The subscription starts with a 7-day trial. A valid payment card is required upfront through Stripe Checkout. Unless canceled before the trial ends, Stripe automatically charges the monthly subscription in EUR.

By starting checkout, you confirm that you accept these Terms of Use and request immediate access to the service.

Cancellation and read-only access

You can cancel during the trial to avoid any charge. You can cancel an active paid subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals, but write access remains available until the end of the paid billing period.

After the trial or paid period ends without an active subscription, the company becomes read-only.

No refunds

Monthly subscription payments are non-refundable. Because access starts immediately after purchase, there is no mid-term withdrawal right for the already-started monthly service period.

Stripe

Payments, payment methods, billing portal sessions, and Stripe invoices are handled by Stripe. Stripe's own terms and privacy notices apply to Stripe-hosted payment pages.
